 Caution of cancellation, right of cancellation

You may cancel your contract declaration within two weeks, without indicating any reasons, in the form of a text (e.g. letter, Fax, E-mail) or by returning the object. The time of cancellation it is sufficient to mail the cancellation of the goods in time. Consequences of cancellation

In case of an effective cancellation the services received from both sides are to be returned. In you are unable to return to us the services received, either completely or partially or only in a worse condition, you must, if necessary, reimburse the value accordingly. In case of a submission of objects this is not applicable if the deterioration of the object occurred exclusively by examining the same - like it would have been possible for you in a shop. You may, by the way, avoid the obligation of compensation by not using as though it were your own property and by avoiding erverything which could impair its value. Objects which can be sent by parcel-post are to be returned. You will have to bear the costs for their return, if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price for the returned object does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros of if in case of a higher price of the object at teh time of cancellation you have not yielded the service in return or a partital payment, which may have been agreed upon by contract. Otherwise the return will be free of cahrge for you. You will have to fufil commitments for reimbursement within 30 days after sending you declaration of cancellation.
