Conditions of Use
General Conditions
The following General Business Conditions are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other services.
We herewith contradict explicitly all dirffering regulations of the contractor. All additional arrangements are subjct to my confirmation in writing. These General Business Conditions regulate the achievement fo the contract, the duties of the seller and of the purchaser and the completion of the contracts concluded between the purchaser and the seller.
Contract
By sending your online-order you agree to a legally valid contract - orders placed by Internet are binding. The contract is legally valid the moment you wil have received my order confirmation i.e. a proforma-online-invoice.
Prices
The indicated prices are final prices and are to be understood ex location of the articles Niedereschach.
Costs for postage and packing are at the charge of the purchaser.
The offer is only valid as long as sufficient stock is available. Error, alternations and intermediate sale are subject to change without notice.
Price are subject to alternations.
Dispatch-costs, domestic (Germany)
In addition to the prices mentioned for the articles we charge for:
Materials
up to 2 meters 2,50 Euros for non-insured dispatch
above that 4,30 Euros for insured dispatch
Applications, ribbons and buttons
up to a weight of 50 grams 1,00 Euro for non-insured dispatch
above that up to max. 500 grams 1,80 for non-insured dispatch
Clothing for dolls
1-3 sets of doll-dresses 2,00 Euros for non-insured dispatch
for larger quantities 4,30 Euros for insured dispatch
Clothing for children 4,30 for insured dispatch
Dispatch costs for foreign countries on demand
Payment
Payment is to be made by cash in advance. After redeipt of an order confirmation incl. proforma-online-invoice you transfer the total amount mentioned to the bank connection indicated in the E-mail or per paypal - worldwide.
The amount of the invoice in to be paid with 7 days of the date of the invoice.
Reservation of proprietary rights:
The goods will remain property of Andrea Müller - Stoffe und Kreatives - untinl the comöete payment will have been made.
Time of delivery/availability
The goods will be dispatches within 1 - 7 working days after receipt of the money. Normally all articles con be delivered immediately, if not, you will be informed by mail accordingly.
If no other wish has been made, i.e. indicated, we will always dispatch complete orders. In case goods are not available, we reserve the right, to make a delivery at a later date or not at all. In case of non-availability, we will credit you with the amount paid for the goods. All further claims of the purchaser are excluded.
Products
We have put the greatest care into portraying the goods in the most true-to-life way. Due to the screen, there mitght be some deviations in the presentation of the colours. Therefore deviations in colour between the goods and the online-shop can be no reason for claims.
We point out the fact that most of the materials consist mainly of natural materials an that the may therefore shrink when being washed. Please conseder this fact when odering the quantities.
Caution of cancellation, right of cancellation
You may cancel your contract declaration within two weeks, without indicating any reasons, in the form of a text (e.g. letter, Fax, E-mail) or by returning the object. The time of cancellation it is sufficient to mail the cancellation of the goods in time. Consequences of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation the services received from both sides are to be returned. In you are unable to return to us the services received, either completely or partially or only in a worse condition, you must, if necessary, reimburse the value accordingly. In case of a submission of objects this is not applicable if the deterioration of the object occurred exclusively by examining the same - like it would have been possible for you in a shop. You may, by the way, avoid the obligation of compensation by not using as though it were your own property and by avoiding erverything which could impair its value. Objects which can be sent by parcel-post are to be returned. You will have to bear the costs for their return, if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price for the returned object does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros of if in case of a higher price of the object at teh time of cancellation you have not yielded the service in return or a partital payment, which may have been agreed upon by contract. Otherwise the return will be free of cahrge for you. You will have to fufil commitments for reimbursement within 30 days after sending you declaration of cancellation.

Data storage
According to § 28 of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) (Federal law for the protectiion fo data), we draw your attention to the fact that necessary data in connection with the completion of the busindess are being processed and stored by means of an EDP- installation according to § 33 (BDSG). Personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will under no circumstances be passed on to a third party.

Texts, pictures, graphics and logos as well as their arrangements on our website are subject to the protection of copyrights and other proeictional lawx. The rights on all texts, pictures and graphics presented remain exclusively with the author and photographer respectively. The contents of the website may not be copied, circulated, altered or accessible to others for commercial purposes. Duplication of alteration of our websites is not permitted. Violations of any kind will be prosecuted.
